At long last, Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter HD is released in Europe. Thank you for your patience, and as a reward, the game comes out with the same changes and improvements that were featured to the SCEA version in the update yesterday. So right now both SCEA and SCEE versions of the game are almost identical and have a lot of changes requested by you, the players! Thank you for your feedback, we're looking forward to further improving the game and releasing it on more platforms. Stay tuned!
We are proud to announce that Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter HD, a brand new game in series of the classic dinosaur hunting simulators, will be available in Europe on the PlayStation®Network as a downloadable title for PlayStation®3 on 18th of December. The cost is 9.99 euro and the download size is about 600 Mb. This is an improved version of the game released by the SCEA in September and will feature changes requested by the community.
This is the second part of Advanced gameplay tips video, and this one is all about Crossbow and Sniper rifle. Stay tuned for more!

The patch is finished and will be available for download when it passes SCEA's quality assurance. We will give you an exact date as soon as we know it! European version will include these fixes and improvements from the start.
New Features
• Added Invert Y and Invert X options
• Added controls preset which allows to use L1 and R1 for aiming and shooting
• Decreased dinosaurs vision on maps with fog
• Added rewards for hunting small game (Gallimimus, Pelecanimimus, Pteranodon)
Improvements
• Trophy room and license usage are better explained with in-game hints and UI tweaks
• Stegosaurus license is unlocked and purchased from the start, Ankylosaurus license is unlocked after the first confirmed trophy
• Game currency is now Gems - we all agree dinosaurs should cost more than a few dollars. All rewards and prices now have Gem icon next to them
• Decreased equipment and weapon prices. For instance, Radar now costs 20 instead of 500, Sniper Rifle costs 500 instead of 1000
• Dinosaurs used to react to a shot sound before a bullet hit them. This is now changed and sound is traveling with a realistic speed
• Improved Leaderboards update process
• Various minor improvements
Bug Fixes
• Fixed jittering of tranquilized dinosaurs
• Fixed an issue when Gadget failed to show prey info after switching to a weapon and back to Gadget
• Fixed rare sound and vibration issues during level loading
• Gallimimus now always correctly reacts to danger
• Fixed an issue with having unconfirmed dinosaurs in stats while all were confirmed
• Various small fixes
Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter HD allows you to use decoys which simulate dinosaurs' sounds to attract beasts of the same species. You can use decoys to ambush dinosaurs or meet them head-on!

In Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter HD you can collect dinosaurs to be displayed in your Trophy Room. To collect a trophy, you need to purchase a license first, and each dinosaur species requires a different license. Then you need to kill or tranquilize a dinosaur, get close to it and press a button.
